How do I order a large number of products or gifts?

Volume orders are our jam! Orders of less than 6 can be placed directly through our website. There is a checkbox on the cart page for "Ship to Multiple Addresses" which can be useful so that you only have to checkout once.

For orders of 6 or more, please email volume@ngskmc-eis.net to connect with a dedicated account representative who will handle your order. Helpful details include desired delivery/shipment date, location, quantity, budget, and product or gift type and theme.

How much is shipping?

We charge a shipping fee to cover the costs in packing, assembling and shipping your order. The best way to assess shipping costs is to put your desired items into your cart and enter the shipping address.

  • Shipments under 1lb are eligible for USPS First Class Mail Rates that are calculated at checkout.
  • USPS Priority Mail rates are available for shipments going to PO Boxes. Wine cannot be shipped via USPS or to PO Boxes by law.
  • Our standard shipping rates begin at $10.17 and are determined by shipment weight and value. 
  • An additional $6 alcohol handling fee applies to wine, which must by law be signed for by an adult over 21 and cannot be left on a doorstep.

When will my order be delivered?

That depends on the shipping method you select. For specific estimates, you may check the USPS website, Fedex website, or inquire with us. 

For local deliveries, we generally deliver within 2 days or on the date you request on the cart page/by email. We do not deliver on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. 

Do you have a store in Santa Barbara?

Yes! We have a shop where you can come purchase our products with a few caveats. Gift baskets are put together to order and a limited selection is available in store, we recommend pre-ordering. Our wine license prohibits wine transactions on the premises, wine must be ordered online and then shipped or delivered. Some of our California products specific to other locales are not in store, but are available for viewing or pickup by request.

Where do you offer hand delivery?

We deliver to homes, businesses, and hotels in the city of Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Summerland, and Carpinteria. We ship nationwide.

What happens if my recipient isn't home for a local delivery?

If your recipient isn't home, our delivery person will use their best judgment if it's appropriate and secure to leave the gift. We can never leave wine, since gifts with wine require a signature of an adult 21+. Please provide an address where you expect someone will be present during delivery hours.

In some cases where the delivery location is far from our headquarters, especially if your gift contains wine, we may call your recipient to let them know we have a special delivery and ask if they will be home during our delivery window. 

We can accommodate same day delivery for gift basket orders placed before 9am. Flowers, orchids, and other plants may require more lead time. 

Can I include a gift note?

Yes! When you click the "Cart" icon and scroll down, just above the "Checkout" button there is a field where you can tell us what you would like your note to say AND provide us with the desired delivery date. Your note will be handwritten on our house stationery or you can select a special greeting card.

I am delivering a gift to a local hotel. How does this work?

If you are sending one gift to a guest at a hotel, we will drop the gift at the hotel front desk so that they can either deliver it to the recipient's room or alert the guest that the gift is being held at the front desk.

If you are ordering gifts for a group or a special event, you probably have a contact at the hotel. We can deliver gifts to their care so they can ensure that you or your guests receive the gifts on time. Just provide us with their name. We can also coordinate delivery directly with you or an onsite planner. 

Some hotels won't accept a gift unless they can locate the correct room number (so you'll need to know the name the room has been booked under). Other hotels won't verify that they have a guest staying with them for privacy reasons. You may wish to call the hotel to let them know you have a gift being delivered and to find out their policies. We are happy to work with your needs and their policies. 

What happens if my order is undeliverable and I decide to cancel the order?

For local delivery orders, we will refund your order minus a $20 fee to cover the time and cost of assembly and the local delivery charge (if delivery has been attempted). Flowers cannot be refunded.

Volume orders have a different policy, please inquire with your rep.

If a shipped package is returned to us due to an address error or failure of the recipient to pick up at a Fedex location, we are happy to refund resalable items as store credit. Bath & body items, wine, and food cannot be refunded. 

What's your return policy?

Our goal is that you will love your purchases! If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it to us. Wine, food, and personal care products are final sale.  Non-perishable items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Some non-perishable items can be extended to 60 days for store credit. Items need to be returned to us in the original condition with the original packaging. Gift wrap and custom gift basket fees are generally not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping. For further instructions, please email info@ngskmc-eis.net.

While we take every care in packing and shipping your purchases, mistakes happen. If you received the wrong product or it arrives defective or damaged, please email us immediately at info@ngskmc-eis.net with your full name and order number, a photo and a brief description of the problem (including any packaging issues, if applicable). We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

If a shipped package is returned to us due to an address error, we are happy to refund resalable items as store credit.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We generally ship orders 1-2 days after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified. Need your order ASAP? Feel free to let us know and we will do our best to honor your request and ship same day.

I make a product that I think you might be interested in carrying. How can I contact you?

We are always pleased to learn about new products, whether or not they are the right fit for us. Please email us at info@ngskmc-eis.net with pictures and any relevant information and we will get back to you. Keep in mind that nearly all the products we carry are crafted in California and reflect the essence of our community in a meaningful way. 

Why are there no shipping methods showing up at check-out?

Does your gift contain fresh flowers? Flowers are currently only available for local hand delivery to these zip codes

Wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box. It ships only via Fedex or local hand delivery.
